Water: 6 to 8 glasses of pure water daily. Lecithin: (granular) 1 tablespoon 3 times daily, 5 days per week.
Fruit: Apples (cooked), apricots, most berries, cherries, dates, figs (unsulphured) and grapes.

Olive oil, canola, safflower, sunflower and corn oil. Green tea and other teas from herbal medicine can be used as chamomile tea. It is very important to use natural, unrefined, often brown sugars instead of white sugars or sweetners.
